Open Project Setup to configure parties.
Users & Access
PDC accounts are tied to an organization and explicitly assigned to one or more projects by Admin. Access roles are assigned by Admin only; users never choose their own role during registration.

Universal Stage Inputs
Every project stage follows the same four inputs
01
Received from Previous Stage
02
Work in Progress
03
Ready for Next Stage
04
Handed Over to Next Stage
Review codes A / B / C and conditions such as Damaged, Missing or On Hold remain separate from the stage progress itself. Those records will be added when the piece workflow is activated.

Scope Packages
Split the Project Scope
Examples: MARBLE, STEEL / EMP, ALUMINUM. Each package will later be connected to its own Revit-style scope filters. Assignments can already reference the package now.
No scope packages configured yet.
Project Parties
Organizations & Functions
The organization code is global and must be exactly 3 letters. It will later become part of the PDC account name, for example m.faramawy-PRS@PDC.
No project parties configured yet.
Party Assignments
Who can see or act on which scope and stage?
Access Level is hierarchical: VIEW = observer only. ACT = VIEW plus stage inputs. MANAGE = VIEW + ACT + manage/approve within the assigned area. Select one or many scope packages and one or many project stages in a single assignment.
